Arrived skeptical, Leaving pleased Came to Emmons to check out an Infiniti. Used cars are not my thing, I have always bought new. I was impressed with Sales history and knowledge of the car. The whole experience put all my concerns to rest and made me feel like this dealership had done its due diligence. They took my trade at fair value which was another surprise. Joshua Ashley (Sale Agent) was terrific and dealt with me well... I tend to be a rough customer. I inquired onlin 5.0 star rating 4/8/2017 We were looking online for a Honda Odyssey. We found what looked like a great deal on an almost new van. I inquired online and was contacted back by Ben Montes very quickly. We made an appointment and made the hour long drive to see the van. Ben met us as we arrived. The van was clean and ready to go. We looked it over well and took the test drive. The Odyssey was just as good as described. We decided to purchase the van. Ben took us into finance, we were helped out quickly, professionally and with great courtesy. We were able to use the same finance company we already have on another car thanks to Marcus Wells, who went out of his way to save us an additional $50 per month!. Satisfied and Pleased Just recently I purchased a 2006 Dodge Ram from Emmons. Initially I was pleased with the buying experience other than it took a little longer consider Just recently I purchased a 2006 Dodge Ram from Emmons. Initially I was pleased with the buying experience other than it took a little longer considering I paid cash for the vehicle. Nonetheless the experience was fine. The truck had a few issues with it but all were addressed before I left the lot. The next day one of the issues returned. Although the vehicle was sold “As Is”, I contacted sales manager David Carver and he told me to bring it back in and they would correct the issue. A second attempt was made to correct the problem but with no fault of Emmons's Motors, the person hired to correct the issues just tried to put a Band-Aid on it and made the matter worse. I then made a phone call to David and told him what had occurred. He told me to have it fixed and he would have me re-reimbursed. That’s exactly what happened. Emmons's did exactly what they had to do to satisfy this customer. I will keep them in mind for my next vehicle. Emmons Motors is truly rare, reputable car dealer. Congrats to the owners and staff of this company. More

Meaning, that should you leave the lot and total the vehicle, the insurance company is only going to give you enough to cover the true value of it and you will be outta that $5000-$8000, plus, will need to come up with another down payment to get another vehicle.
