mhghb251- When I hear of a customer having an experience you had, it literally makes me cringe. There is absolutely no excuse for Felipe not to be prepared and ready prior to your visit. We have over 800 vehicles in inventory and are an extremely high-volume dealer, but that does not give any of my sales associates a pass for not properly handling a customer. Obviously you have not had much experience or training in customer relations. I sent SEVERAL enquires, not just one. I was looking at buying a car for an elderly neighbor who recently lost her husband and her old van was no longer reliable. I know the Mercury Grand Marquis is a very dependable vehicle and inexpensive to maintain. It is frustrating when no one returns emails or phone calls when requesting information. You had 2 advertised. Both had low miles. Maybe because I asked for a copy of a Carfax in one of my requests is why your company never responded? Whatever the reason, your guy never reached out. You seem to be questioning my past employment as manager of a Honda dealership. Are you insinuating that I was not being honest? Not a good way to respond to a client that was only responding to a request for a review of my experience with your company. I was being honest, no one responded to me. Now, if you only want sugar coated response s then why spend the money or sign up for Dealer Rater? The bottom line is this, after several inquiries regarding 2 separate vehicles over a few days, I never received a phone call or response. So now I am a “Snarky Individual” as you would choose to paint me? lol. You sir are the manager. You of all people should be held to a higher standard in your responses to potential buyers. You sir are the face of the company. If your guys have so much volume of inquiries that they can’t handle them, then maybe you should hire more sales guys or gals.Ultimately, the buck stops with you as the manager. If not getting back with inquiries because of the huge volume of leads coming in, then maybe it’s time you hired more salespeople. If that is not the issue then maybe it’s time you look in the mirror and figure out why you are not doing a better job in managing your people. In addition, advertising is not free. Every opportunity that you miss because of not getting back with inquiries is costing your company money. I sense however that really is not much of a concern to you. Oh, and by the way I bought a used Town Car from another dealership that actually returned my calls. Elizabeth couldn’t be happier with her new to her car. No drama here, just the facts😊

Scott Bogart - I am not sure how your sales person, Eduardo, missed your inquiries, but he did. If you are still interested in the 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis, we can correct your experience from this point forward. I will have another sales person reach out to you. If you did in fact previously manage a Honda dealership in your past, then you should know that sometimes leads can go unnoticed when you are handling such high volume. To make the snarky comments you did about our dealership just because your inquiries were overlooked, seems a little dramatic. -Gary Emmons
