I felt that she had my interest in mind, and that she was patient enough to get us to a mutually agreeable deal; I had been engaged in the process for several months, yet I never felt less valued as a customer regardless of the number of times we interacted. Her manager, John Randazzo, with whom I also interacted, and whom I came to understand was very accommodating of my situation, was also a true professional. It felt very much like a family operation vs. a big, impersonal organization. I highly recommend that everyone in the market (I dealt with the Cadillac side), consider visiting the dealership when looking for a vehicle. I am confident you will love the experience. More

Detailed Comforting Guidance, and Effortless Process. I started off by searching inventory on the Official Cadillac Website. Stefanny from City reached out to me to set an appointment. Life happened and I I started off by searching inventory on the Official Cadillac Website. Stefanny from City reached out to me to set an appointment. Life happened and I had to reschedule several times, each time Stefanny was just as cordial and courtesy as the first time. Upon my first visit Stefanny greeted me and introduced me to the manager at the showroom who then introduced me to Helena Zadeh. Helena went over every single detail of what I needed, what I wanted, and what was best for me. We looked over several trim packages before targeting on the one that was meant for me. Every car I have ever purchased my entire life the sales people pushed me for more packages and upgrades.... Helena helped me find my Cadillac that was perfect for me with less upgrades, then all the frivolous upgrades I picked button punching I on the internet. I know the upgrades I passed on are amazing, but I would never use them. She wanted me to have Value and not waste, a true ethical representation of the business. Helena reviewed what was best for me and invited John Randazzo over to sit down. John doesn't just have confidence in the product he sells, he has confidence the product is a representation of himself. For the Grand Finally I sat down with Kevin in finance, he spoke directly to several lenders to get me the best financing possible. I am a proud owner of a 2019 CT6 and would not have wanted my story to be any different..... the whole book from beginning to end was great. Thank you City Cadillac. More
