Santino truly knows how to take care of his customers unlike anyone I've ever met in the car business. I received a pull ahead flyer from GM and decided to give Santino a call. I told him exactly what I wanted and he said he'd get back to me the next day with what they had available that matched my wishlist. He called me the following day just as he said he would, and even sent me pictures of the car(I've previously test drove it after stopping in the dealership while getting an oil change on my Acadia). Santino gave me a breakdown of all of the finances(rebates, lease price, Costco rewards) and sent everything via e-mail. I was able to print everything out, sign it, scan it on my phone and send it back to him. The whole deal was done without me even stepping into the dealership. Once the deal was complete, Santino even delivered the car to my house and even returned my old lease.
