OUTSTANDING Service Luis. Thank You. I looked at the Expedition, the Yukon and then the Tahoe. While looking at the Tahoe at that other dealer across the car lot, I kept thinking about th I looked at the Expedition, the Yukon and then the Tahoe. While looking at the Tahoe at that other dealer across the car lot, I kept thinking about the Yukon Luis just showed me. The White Yukon I came to see had 2nd row bucket seating & I needed a 2nd row split bench. Luis said he can order the Yukon and I can have it within a week. He then suggested that I have a look at the red one that had the 2nd row bench seating. The color and options were perfect. I was upside down in my then 2010 Ford Expedition. My negative equity combined with all the Bells and Whistles on the Yukon SLT pushed the price just out of my range. That day, I left the dealership empty handed but Luis & I exchanged a couple of emails and we continued discussing the price. I returned a day or so later, Luis and Bruce, the Finance Manager explained an assortment of options. Luis's professionalism and mannerism combined with Bruce's honesty and wild outgoing humor made the experience such a positive one. In the end, Luis, Bruce, CityCBG were able to give me Top Dollar for my trade in and a low, low, low, APR. 0%!
