Mino Park was assisted my father and I with a similar model which was trasfefering at the time, he told us to wait for few days to come. My father was exited but I had a problem. I actually live in Maryland, and was not to come easy. He knew my convenient, started to process most by himself. I just gave some answers that he asked over the phone. After the car arrived a dealership, we went and signed contacts and that was it!!!! Of course the Prices and APR were very satisfied TOO!!!!!!! We really thank to him and he is vey the kind Korean sales person. More

OUTSTANDING!!! I came into the dealership near closing on a Tuesday night looking for a 2017 GMC 1500 SLT. Dan Cunnigham took the time to listen to my needs, then co I came into the dealership near closing on a Tuesday night looking for a 2017 GMC 1500 SLT. Dan Cunnigham took the time to listen to my needs, then continued to research and recommend various vehicles. After searching various 2017 choices, Dan realized a trade in came in which wasn't yet listed, He found the vehicle, called the used car manager to confirm price. We looked at the Truck and realized this vehicle satisfied all my wants, needs and budget. Confirmed price, did all paperwork over the phone-picked up with no grief 2 days later. Dan could have persuaded me to purchase a 2017 vehicle but recommend the vehicle that best fit all my needs!! Highly recommend City Cadillac More

Very happy with the service I came across this dealership one day after going through a couple dealers. One day I just quit looking for the truck I wanted at an affordable price. I came across this dealership one day after going through a couple dealers. One day I just quit looking for the truck I wanted at an affordable price. So one day flipping through the channels I see City Cadillac Buick GMC dealership commercial on TV and I see all the beautiful cars they have and deals they offered and I decide to give it one more try. Despite the fact that I lived in Norwalk, CT. So I go and check out cars and fell in love immediately with my Now Chevy Equinox. Argenis went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford to pay and after nearly a week I got my car! I gotta say it was a process but it was so worth it at the end. Great guy and great customer service from all the other staff that had to pitch in to help. Thank you Argenis and Staff. I love my truck!! More

This was not the case at City Cadillac Buick GMC. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt comfortable. We were given time to look around, offered coffee and snacks and our salesperson, Luis Rodriguez, was the consummate professional.
