I had a very disappointing experience with Platinum Dealer. I purchased extended warranties that were never properly activated or processed. On top of that, I have experienced ongoing issues with the vehicle I purchased, and the problems were never properly resolved. Despite multiple attempts to get clear answers, I received inconsistent information and no resolution. It is extremely frustrating to pay for services that were never fulfilled. Communication was poor, and I felt ignored when trying to resolve the issue. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would strongly advise future customers to carefully review all paperwork and confirm that any warranties or add-ons are actually processed and active. I hope the dealership improves its customer service and accountability, because this experience was far below expectations. More
