Over all, it was a good experience. However, I would like more personalized assistance. I am not particularly interested in having my car services and prices quoted via a digital format However, I would like more personalized assistance. I would like to discuss each issue my vehicle is having in person not text a link and review the issues and prices without human interaction. I was very disappointed when I went for my scheduled oil change as I had the plan that paid for it for a year when I purchased the Kia Rio from your dealership. The service advisor had ample time to tell me change as I had the plan that paid for it for a year when I purchased the Kia Rio from your dealership. The service advisor had ample time to tell me that it went over the mileage set forth by the free plan by 200 miles even though it expired June 29 or 30, 2025. But he waited till I was there for 2 1/2 hours so he could bill the company $55 to add to the oil change making the total $99 for an oil change. Plus I had my car inspected as well which was the only best outcome I had while I was there. Noone pays $99 for a simple oil change but since they kept the car that long and waited to tell me, it cost me more that I had expected. He pulled the car's info on the appointment on my arrival but waited over 2 1/2 hours to tell me it cost more and that my plan didn't apply anymore. Very disappointed. More

I took my car to the GMC service center because it wouldn’t start. They charged the battery and told me everything was fine. However, the same issue happened again the very next day. I brought the car back, and it ended up sitting there for four days without any work being done. The service was extremely disappointing. On top of that, they refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle, which made it very difficult for me to get to work. I eventually decided to take my car and bring it to another dealership. I am very unhappy with this experience and request that this matter be addressed properly. More
