The cruse control was not working properly in our 2025 Ford Bronco Sport. After scans and resets were performed it was determined that the camera was defective. The total process included ordering the new Ford Bronco Sport. After scans and resets were performed it was determined that the camera was defective. The total process included ordering the new camera was five days. During this time my wife had a medical appointment out of town. The manager at Empire Ford gave us a new Bronco Sport to use for our trip. I feel this was above and beyond any customer service that I have ever received from any car dealership.
