Visted this dealer for a brake service issue Got directed to Huntington Lincoln through Lincoln concierge. Third dealer ( two different dealers before Huntington) attempting to remedy brake roto Got directed to Huntington Lincoln through Lincoln concierge. Third dealer ( two different dealers before Huntington) attempting to remedy brake rotor issues on a 2016 MKC. The service advisor Mike Apuzzo was terrific. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Great experience. Every dealer needs a person like him on staff. More
updating previous review,,, I cannot rehash what I've already said about getting my truck to the dealership for the recall of the airbags so moving forward to the return of my ve I cannot rehash what I've already said about getting my truck to the dealership for the recall of the airbags so moving forward to the return of my vehicle.... although the Ford Corporation left me a message that my vehicle will be picked up and brought back to me if a loaner car wasn't available the general manager Troy at this facility doesn't feel he has to abide by the policies put forth by Ford in his words"" it's like McDonald's having to fix a hamburger that Burger King messed up""", even though my car was finished before the closing time they would not bring my truck back they told me I had to find my own way there even after I told them I had no way nor did I have any funds for a cab,, they just didn't care,, Lauren actually hung up on me so I was stranded without a way home,,, I am 61 years old I left my job in Babylon at 6 p.m. and I got home to Shirley at 1 in the morning I went from 7:11 to 7:11 on the service road of Sunrise Highway asking people for rides and by the grace of God I made it home safely, I wasn't able to get to work the next day. Troy the general manager told me hed bring my truck back if I took down my review, he doesn't feel any obligation to bring me my truck and I should be very grateful that he fixed it in the first place because he doesn't get paid for it,,, so my advices if you want the backing of the Ford Corporation stay away from this dealership More

After looking at a Honda CRV, Vincent offered an upgraded Titanium with all the bells and whistles for a 2.5 K down and a monthly payment lower than the SEL. At closing, the business manager wanted to add a bank fee but Vincent and his manager held firm on the agreed upon price. I appreciate someone sticking by their word. More

This was the worst car buying experience we ever had. In August my husband's 1996 Mazda truck bought the farm. As we all know on Long Island we all need cars to get around. Because of this we were on the hunt for a truck to replace the one that died. We went into many car dealerships and ended up at Ford Lincoln of Huntington. We gave them the specs we were looking for in a truck, miles, color and the amount we wanted to pay. There was a Nissan Frontier that we were interested in. After speaking about financing at the dealership they stated we could not finance other model vehicles through Ford. The only truck we could finance was a Ford truck. They showed us a white Ford F150. The entire truck was filthy. There was mud on and around the gas pedal, this truck was not washed or detailed. My family has purchased many used cars and trucks before from different dealerships and never have we had a car or truck given to us in such a state. Due to the truck being so dirty and the milage on the truck being so high we took the truck to our mechanic to check the truck out. There was a laundry list of things wrong with the truck. Just to name a few: there was an oil leak, cracked belts, it needed rotors and the tires were dry rotted. According to the inspection sticker this truck "passed inspection" with all of these issues and was safe to be driven. We went back to Ford with this list and was told to go to the Service Center to have their people look at it. They stated at the service center that the dry rotted tires were good enough to drive on this winter. I became frustrated at their lack of concern for my family's safety that I went back to speak to my mechanic about these blatant concerning safety issues. After speaking with my mechanic I was told to contact Motor Vehicle Safety due to many problems with this truck. Motor Vehicle Safety referred me to the Attorney General about these safety issues. I was told that a vehicle with that many problems should not have an inspection sticker. We informed Ford of our next course of action was to contact the AG of NY state. We were called that same day and told to bring the truck in. We had to leave the truck at the service center for over a week, no courtesy car was offered, all the repairs we asked for on the multiple occasions we took the truck in were finally done. This place is so piddling that good luck coins that were thrown in the truck were missing after they finally got around to cleaning the inside truck. The only advice I can give anyone reading this is don't buy anything from this place, it is a scam, they deliberately bait and switch the vehicles, they do not take care of the basic maintenance required to sell the vehicles and once they have your money they do not try to help you at all. I had to threaten legal action in order to get anything done, and the things that were done were basic maintenance.
