I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership and their customer service. They sold me a car with a promised $7,500 tax credit but failed to submit the necessary paperwork to the IRS, despite my acco their customer service. They sold me a car with a promised $7,500 tax credit but failed to submit the necessary paperwork to the IRS, despite my accountant's advice and multiple attempts to rectify the situation. The sales staff was rude and dismissive, even arguing with my accountant. After contacting the IRS, I discovered they never filed the paperwork, costing me the tax credit. My complaint to the sales manager was met with a false promise, and he never followed up. Furthermore, the dealership misrepresented an electrical warranty, threatening a $450 inspection fee even for covered issues. They also mark up Ford OEM parts significantly. Avoid this dealership and others in the Empire Ford/Toyota network; their practices are dishonest and unprofessional. More

The service manager came with papers and told the price listed in online Lincoln website is incorrect. He increased the vehicle price closure to $49000.00. I asked what going on. He casually replied the price is incorrect in website and said that will be refreshed over month end. OMG, I have no words and nothing to talk. I simply walked out as I felt arguing with that guy is useless. It was a terrible experience. I wasted so much time and walked out with much disappointments. Venting out my frustration here. Mr. Jason ( Finance manager ) is another person that is truly pleasure to deal with. His honesty, knowledge and friendship is something you have to experience. Took my car with appt to have a thumping noise from right front checked out. Exactly 7 days later I returned to pick up my car due to the fact that it hadn't even been looked at yet by a tech and was unable front checked out. Communication throughout the week was extremely poor, left multiple messages requesting an update and received no response. 3 days after car was brought in was first returned call, "didn't look at it yet, need more time" was the response.
