Vincent Visceglia is like a breath of fresh air! After visiting another Ford dealership which is much closer to home on 3 separate occassions, I was left feeling very frustrated and some what insulte After visiting another Ford dealership which is much closer to home on 3 separate occassions, I was left feeling very frustrated and some what insulted by the "best offer" they tried to pitch me. That experience honestly made me question whether I wanted to continue my business with Ford as well as their desire to maintain my loyalty as a customer, so much so that I began exploring other options outside of Ford for after I turn in my current lease. I decided to give it one more shot and came back to Huntington Ford which is where I began my business with Ford and so far, I am so glad I did! Vincent Visceglia was very helpful. From the moment I walked though the doors he made me feel like he genuinely valued my business. He patiently took his time to listen to my needs as well as my concerns, and sought to understand my personal situation. I felt comfortable asking him questions. Vincent, helped identify a number of possible options that may best meet my needs and worked up pricing on various options. He really made me feel like he was invested in my overall satisfaction as a customer. Although the deal has not been completed yet, my initial experience in working with Vincent was very pleasant and I look forward to continuing working with him on this transaction and hopefully others in the future. Pleasant Buying Experience After attending the NY Auto Show I was interested in trading my Ford Mustang for a Focus ST. I did most of my research online and knew exactly the c After attending the NY Auto Show I was interested in trading my Ford Mustang for a Focus ST. I did most of my research online and knew exactly the car I wanted, and Ford Lincoln of Huntington had it in their inventory. Having not dealt with them before I didn't know what to expect, but inquired about a quote online and was contacted promptly. I made an appointment to go to the showroom and was put in touch with Jesse. He was very courteous and upfront. Understanding the numbers I was looking for on my trade and the new vehicle he made very attempt to work it out for me, but we could not quite agree on the numbers. There was no pressure and I left the dealership with no deal. The next day I called back and we were able to make a deal that worked for both of us. He took care of all the paperwork without me having to come back in to the showroom and set up a delivery appointment for the weekend. Delivery was quick and painless, and did not get the traditional "hard sell" from the finance department after making the deal on the car. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family, and would recommend working with Jesse. Upon delivery he took lots of time to fully familiarize me with the car and all of the features. More
