Worst customer service ever! Treated like feces! This review is for their service dept on 11th street. We have 4 vans with them, our ford transit van had 2 front tire leaks. We bought the tire warranty plan, but when we wanted them replaced we got the run around. No appointments for a week? For two slow leaks? We could have just put some fix a flat in them, but why buy the warranty? Michael Apuzzo told us to bring it in, will try and fit you in. Brought it in, then got a call saying it's ready, come pick it up. Get there and he says.. " I have some good news....we didn't have time to do it!" xxx? What are you playing jokes with our livelihood and time? What sick person messes with customers? Then offers a $30 credit towards a rental? Who do you think you are? Now our entire staff is stuck without a ride as the van is a shuttle van for employees! Should have just bought the fix a flat cans and avoided these crooks at huntington ford service. Wasted our time, our warranty we paid thousands for, and a butt to his sarcastic jokes. This is going to the top. Yelp, ford corporate, owners. Van is locked up at their lot and at their mercy. Made no attempt to rectify the situation. Put new tires on, and give us back our van!! More
