Poor quality car and even worse service. I leased a 2020 Aviator. What a mistake!! It’s been serviced for a leaky sunroof 5 times in the 2 1/2 years I’ve had this car. Each time it was ”fix I leased a 2020 Aviator. What a mistake!! It’s been serviced for a leaky sunroof 5 times in the 2 1/2 years I’ve had this car. Each time it was ”fixed” it would be in the shop for a minimum of 4 weeks each time totaling 20 weeks. That’s 20 weeks of using a loaner. And I still had to pay my lease. 2 weeks ago, the axel on the car broke and the sun roof is leaking yet again.The dealership didn’t have a loaner for this new issue and now they are only willing to give me 1 month back on the lease for what is 5 months of not being able to drive the car. Oh, and my lease isn’t up until August and it’s in the shop AGAIN! More
