I cannot thank and appreciate Catherine enough for her knowledge of the various aspects of the cars, her polite tone, her eagerness to help me understand all the requirements of buying the car and helping me for almost 4 hours patiently, warmly, courteously to review / take care of my insurance, temporary registration, replace the plates and explain in details all the features of the car.
