I went to review the cars for purchase, not sure if I would buy one on the same day. I was warmly welcomed by Catherine Corella as I entered the dealership. After listening and understanding my car need would buy one on the same day. I was warmly welcomed by Catherine Corella as I entered the dealership. After listening and understanding my car needs, she courteously offered few options and finally we agreed at CX 5 which met my needs. I cannot thank and appreciate Catherine enough for her knowledge of the various aspects of the cars, her polite tone, her eagerness to help me understand all the requirements of buying the car and helping me for almost 4 hours patiently, warmly, courteously to review / take care of my insurance, temporary registration, replace the plates and explain in details all the features of the car. I came to browse and went with a new car on the same day. I also had a wonderful enjoyable courteous intellectual experience with Sunny Kaliandasani and the Finance Ahmad Hossman. My salesman, Michael Smith, did a great job selling me my red CX50 hybrid. I was a walk in but mentioned that I had previously been contacted by the dealership a few months earlier but at that point they di red CX50 hybrid. Now I find one in stock and walked in and was meet by the sales staff and manager. Within a few minutes I was speaking Michael about the red car. He remembered our previouse conversation about red but didnt have one back then. He immediately got the red car for a test drive. Everything looked good and we started the negotiations. We settled on price and started the delivery process. When the car was ready he help set up the car to drive home. All this was done from 4pm to closing. Thank you Michael! More
I brought my car in because my display screen kept re-setting and re-syncing. The service team identified the problem - a computer chip needed to be repalced. The cost was $1000+, and was not covere re-setting and re-syncing. The service team identified the problem - a computer chip needed to be repalced. The cost was $1000+, and was not covered under warranty. I went ahead with the replacement because i needed this fixed. After I wrote my initial review complaining about the wait time (I was there over 3 hours and had an appointment!), Lucas Feinberg - the service manager at Empire - called me and said that after looking into this, it was covered under warranty and I would be refunded the cost of the part. I really appreciated the extra step that he took and am extremely happy with the outcome! Jonathan Simeone from the service desk who checked me in was very courteous and helpful also. I really am very appreciative for their extra effort! More
