I bought my first Mazda 3i in 2008. It took me a long time to decide that was the best choice, and it was; I never looked back. I LOVE this car. After that car was in a accident, I purchased another Mazda 3i in 2010. Then just about a month ago my husband and I were looking to buy a second car, and I knew what I wanted-- a Mazda 3 of course! My first two Mazdas were purchased from two different dealerships. I had no preference in where I bought my car, just that I got a great deal. I began the process of finding a dealership to sell me the hatchback I wanted and when I spoke to Lindsey she made it clear that she was determined to not only earn my business by getting me the best price, but also by providing phenomenal customer service. I explained to her I was shopping around and she told me to go ahead, but to please give her the opportunity to beat whatever the best deal was that I had found. I was not in a hurry to purchase and I told Lindsey that, but she still kept in touch with me, checking in every few days to see where I was at with being ready to make a decision. There was no pressure. She just wanted to let me know that she hadn't forgotten about me. Very nice. I spoke to at least 5 different dealerships and managed to get a really good offer. So, I presented it to Lindsey. She beat the offer. And when I went in, it was exactly what we had discussed. This is the third new car I have purchased, and in preparing myself for the negotiations I knew I would be dealing with typical smarmy car salesmen who are always trying to pull a fast one and knew that I would be underestimated because I am am woman (it's just true) so I armed myself with the facts--how much others were paying, what the current offers were, what all the charges were and which were/were not acceptable. This preparation of course came in handy when dealing with the rest of the dealerships, but since I was so prepared to be scammed I think I was in disbelief over Lindsey's lack of guile. She was forthright and honest, and the price for the car that she gave me was the price I paid. I asked her to break down the fees and everything even before I came in, and she did. The process was as transparent as could be. Excellent! A little unbelievable, but that's just my own prejudice from having dealt with so many scammers. I should also mention that Lindsey was available to me at all times, via phone and, even better, via text message. How much easier it is to simply be able to text someone with a quick question and get a quick response! Love it! She had the car ready for us, but let me know that since the dealership was new, they didn't have my plates or registration yet, so they would be sending me off with dealer plates. Okay, no problem. Even better, when the registration and my plates came in, she offered to come to my house to put my plates on and give me my registration! Which she did! Not bad! This was especially helpful since I have an 11 month old. Then, right after the hurricane, during the Nor'easter, my husband had an accident that totaled the 2010 Mazda 3. I texted Lindsey to let her know I was in the market for another car. She got back to me right away with a price. I still shopped around and then when I had my best offer I came back to Lindsey and she offered to beat it. Around the same time I was shopping for the new car I received my title from the hatchback and there was a mistake on it. It had my car listed as a 4DSD instead of a hatchback. I texted Lindsey right away and she got back to me immediately. I told her I would come in to show her the problem. When I did, she made time for me and said she would contact the person at the dealership responsible for this. She got back to me right away letting me know that the person said they couldn't fix the problem. I let her know I was not happy with that. I also let her know that I wanted this fixed if we were to proceed with the other car. She then texted me a few days later letting me know that I could bring in the title and they would fix it. Nicely done. For the second car and the second time in a month, Huntington Mazda has demonstrated their commitment to honesty, integrity, and a great deal. When I brought a problem to their attention they worked together as a team to resolve it to my satisfaction. And to be honest, I can be rather difficult to please. Lindsey is a wonderful and very unique salesperson, not only because she is straightforward and honest, but also because she truly prides herself on making her customers happy. And I am one very happy customer. Well done, Lindsey. I will be picking up my second Mazda3 from Huntington Mazda today. And whenever I will need or want yet another Mazda, I will know exactly where to go. More

I've had a few less than positive experiences with other dealerships who saw a female alone as a target to try to take advantage of. At Huntington Mazda I never felt talked down to and was always treated with friendliness and respect. From the first test drive to the negotiations, the people I interacted with at Huntington Mazda were great. My model was not on their lot so they were able to get it for me from out of state within the week. Brittany kept me posted by email and text throughout the process and even sent me a picture of the car once it got to their lot. When I picked the car up, Brittany explained all the features thoroughly and the final financing discussion went smoothly. I would absolutely purchase another car from this dealership. More

And that was also my experience with his colleagues -- people who weren't directly involved with the sale, and might have had nothing to gain by giving me their attention, were helpful any time I went in or called and Jad wasn't available. It was a nice feeling of teamwork, and it added to the positive feel of the place. That was particularly true of Alex Moebban, who was really friendly and eager to help me if Jad wasn't around. I also have to give kudos to Jack DePalo, the general manager, for his willingness to work aggressively with me to get me a good price and favorable financing (and the same goes for Angelo, their finance guy, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful). Everyone hates shopping for a new car, but these guys were kind of a breath of fresh air. More
