I had to get new remotes for my CX-9. They were having difficulty programming the new ones to my car so rather than hold me up longer than have me a loaner. Because of the delay they discounted the cost of the remotes and the programming, along with the additional service I was having done on the car. It was a several hundred dollar savings. I wasn’t even without my car for 24 hours. Everyone in the service department was very helpful. Lastly, I love the renovations they have made to the service area.
