Buying or leasing a car isn’t the most pleasant experience, for a variety of reasons we are all well-aware of. However, my wife and I had a generally positive car buying experience at this dealersh experience, for a variety of reasons we are all well-aware of. However, my wife and I had a generally positive car buying experience at this dealership. Firstly, I got an immediate response on my inventory request, which I really appreciated. Their certified pre-owned inventory is pretty robust, and the vehicles are in great condition. We test drove a couple of vehicles before sitting down at the table with our salesman, Chris Sumba. Nice, pleasant guy who was easy going and attentive. I’ll just cut right to it. Once we made a couple offers, the manager, Jayson, sat down with us and didn’t sugarcoat anything. He put all the nonsense aside and was up front on why the vehicles were priced the way they are. It put things into perspective and helped remind us as a buyer, that, just because a dealer cannot meet your offer doesn’t mean they are looking to screw you in any way. At the end of the day, they’re a business and there is a lot that goes into buying used vehicles that we as a consumer are not intimately involved with. After being up front about that, we were able to have productive conversations that met both of our needs. They worked with us to get the deal that we wanted and we are so far happy with the vehicle.
