The service manager welcomed us, made us coffee and made sure that we were comfortable in the waiting area. When the technician started working on our car, we asked if he could remind us how to change the music presents and use some of the features on the dashboard. Matt - the service technician (with the baseball cap), must have spent at least 20 minutes with us giving a tutorial on how to use the features of the car. Showed us short cuts and more. In addition to the oil change, they took care of recalls in no time. It was our first visit to this service department and we were quite impressed that they spent the extra time training us on how to better enjoy our Mazda. Their service was far more attentive than other dealerships and exceeded our expectations! More
