Jack Depalo is confused. While he was selling me the mazda cx-5, he accidentally called it an Audi twice. He must of used to work at Audi in the past. I just couldn't respect While he was selling me the mazda cx-5, he accidentally called it an Audi twice. He must of used to work at Audi in the past. I just couldn't respect him after that and I left. He called the mazda an Audi at least 2 or 3 times, at the least. I just couldn't understand it. Awful experience. I don't even lease Mazda anymore just from that one experience. More
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had leased Subaru Outback for my past three lease terms and was ready for a change. Having read excellent reviews of the Mazda CX-5, I went into Hu I had leased Subaru Outback for my past three lease terms and was ready for a change. Having read excellent reviews of the Mazda CX-5, I went into Huntington Mazda and met with Geovanny. Geovanny could not have been more helpful and walked me through every step of possible lease options. As it turns out, things for which I would have to pay extra at Subaru (Navigation System, Enhanced Safety features, Moon Roof and....believe it or not...car floor mats), are standard on the CX-5. Test driving the CX-5 was a very nice experience. It was peppier and more comfortable than the Outback. The INFO screen took some getting used to, but was fairly manageable. My primary criticism is that there are no automatic seat settings and the passenger side does not have power seats. I test drove the car back to my house to insure that the car would not be too tall for my garage (it wasn't) and Geovanny made sure that the tailgate opening could be adjusted to insure that it would not hit my garage door entrance. Even with all of these extra options on my car, the monthly lease still cost less than leasing a new Subaru would have cost. (This was even counting a $10.00 monthly option I took for Key Insurance, which will replace one missing key per year if one is lost or stolen). On the day that I took delivery of my car, I spent a great deal of time with Geovanny, asking dozens of questions about the operation of various aspects of the CX-5. He was extremely patient and very knowledgable about the technology in the car. The entire experience was unlike any I've had in decades of negotiating lease deals. In addition to Geovanny, Jack the Sales Manager and Terri, the Finance Officer were friendly and knowledgable. (It was Terri who presented the option of Key Insurance, which makes perfect sense, since it costs hundreds of dollars to replace one of these keys) She did not try in any way to pressure me into taking any of the other options In short, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I've only had the car for a week, but if the driving experience anywhere near equals the purchase experience, the whole transaction scores a 10! More

I could not be happier with the entirety of my purchase, from first contact, then subsequent calls to negotiate a good deal, thru final price and delivery. 1st Class Experiance Huntington Mazda is unlike any other car dealership I have encountered. Rolando approached my husband and I while we were looking at the Mazda 3 and Huntington Mazda is unlike any other car dealership I have encountered. Rolando approached my husband and I while we were looking at the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6. He was knowledgeable about the features of both vehicles. When we decided the 6 made more sense to us, he offered a test drive, which we took. During the drive, he pointed out all the safety features and made sure all our questions were answered. Rolando did not pressure us to buy at all. Once we made our decision to buy the same vehicle we test drove, Rolando wrote everything up for us, including the trade in value on our all car. I feel like we got a fair deal at Mazda Huntington. When we went to pick up the car, the financing was simple to understand and a pleasant experience. Rolando, taught us how to operate the interior controls and we drove off happy. We have been enjoying our Mazda 6 ever since. More

Well look no more...I am happy to say that will be you if you go to Huntington Mazda to buy your next car from Geovanny Pedroza and the Sales Manager Richard Chang.. Geovanny and Richard will treat you like family. Richard is NOT HIDDEN in a back room with tinted windows unseen by any customers and only allowed to be visited three times with each purchase. Quite the contrary he seats overlooking his entire sales area. He is REAL and very APPROACHABLE. Geo was extremely knowledgeable about both cars we spoke of and he found the exact color and model I wanted. They both made sure I got the a fair price and NO HASSELS OR PRESSURE WHATSOEVER! What a breathe of fresh air! Our family just purchased our second car in less than one year from them and we might be getting another in the near future. In fact as long as they are there we will probably be driving Mazdas. BRAVO AND THANK YOU SO MUCH! Fondly, The Salzman Family More
Really bad experience So I found an Audi online that I was interested in buying, I called and spoke to James and he was nice enough, I told him i wanted to come in and see So I found an Audi online that I was interested in buying, I called and spoke to James and he was nice enough, I told him i wanted to come in and see the car and have my Mercedes looked at for a trade in. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted nicely, thats where it all went downhill, I was taken to see the car which was a mess!!! 1) The ad states "New Tires Save Money" the tires were at best 4/32 of an inch and the date code was 2014. NOT NEW TIRES. 2) The ad states "New Brakes and Rotors" Im sure they were new at some point, but they were not new to this car! 3) The drivers side 1/4 panel had accident damage (not disclosed in the ad, or on the phone with James). 4) The general condition of the car was pretty poor (STP oil filter installed, lots of varnish inside the valve cover) it was not properly maintained. So i said to the sales guy, im not interested at the listed price, but maybe if you took a couple thousand off i would be, and he replied ok thanks, and walked away. I have purchased alot of cars in my life BMW, AUDI, PORSCHE, MERCEDES...... I have never had an experience like this one. My suggestion for management, have a conversation with your sales staff and explain to them that even if they think an offer wont be accepted by the desk they should still at least present it. Parking lot T.O's really dont help car sales, this sales guy didnt even take my name or number down. I will not return to Huntington Mazda. More

He was very personable, respectful and quite knowledgeable about the various models, trims etc. He is obviously very diligent and caring about his work and was able to answer all of my questions in detail. He referred me to the manager on duty to discuss competitive pricing for a 3 year lease and that's just what I received. From Paul - again knowledgeably and professionally without the typical unwanted pressure so frequently expressed to prospective customers. It was a very pleasant visit and I felt confident with the car and deal that was offered They're a credit to the dealership and contribute to Mazda's positive reputation More

Outstanding Customer Service! I was in the market for a new car and chose to go with the Mazda 6. Dart Johnson was extremely accommodating and we were able to quickly work a great deal out. He was patient and helpful throughout the entire process and I am more than pleased with the vehicle and price that he was able to provide me with. I was interested in a specific color combination with additional options that weren't readily available on the lot. Dart went above and beyond and found the exact model that I was interested in. There were a few that were nearby but they didn't meet his standards. He located the perfect car and had it quickly delivered to the dealership. Everyone at the dealership is kind and provided me with great authentic customer service. Huntington Mazda will likely retain my business for the foreseeable future. More
