Our experience was fantastic. My Son fould the car with his uncle first. Then he asked us to see it. When we went to pick up the car my insurance company didn't send the cards/binder. We called the compnay and they could not help, my son was so dissapointed that he would have to wait for his car (College started Tuesday & he needed to register the car on Monday). However James S. pulled out his magic wand and was able to get the FS-20 and binder and he drove home in his new car. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More

Great sales and service! We own one of the first 2013 Mazda CX5’s produced, and we love the car. In March 2015 we saw Mary Pentecost at Huntington Mazda looking for a used or We own one of the first 2013 Mazda CX5’s produced, and we love the car. In March 2015 we saw Mary Pentecost at Huntington Mazda looking for a used or new Mazda to replace one of our old cars. Mary is very knowledgeable. She went through pricing options on used cars, and described all of the detailed engine and feature comparisons between the new Mazdas and our 2013 CX5. This helped us reach a decision to purchase a new 2015 CX5, and we are very happy with that decision. In the past several months we have had a few minor issues with our older 2013 CX5. I found their service department to be very helpful and knowledgeable. In one case they resolved a tire pressure warning light issue right over the phone. In another they fixed a broken plastic bolt and aligned the parts on the wheel hub of my 2013 CX5 for just $12. Recently, we needed to replace the batteries in our 2013 CX5 key fobs. Mary personally brought us to the parts department and stayed with us until the batteries were replaced. With Mary, the “white glove” treatment does not stop with the initial sale, and has extended to our older CX5. Both Mary and the Huntington dealership have permanent and extremely satisfied customers in my wife and I. Their sales and service department are very customer focused and when our 1999 Kia Sephia eventually dies, I know that we will returning customers. More

Jack and Brittany worked with me when no one else would- even giving me a higher than estimated dollar value for my trade in. Brittany was a gem from the get go. She worked to find me the car I wanted and patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot of anxiety- first lease!) she even spent a good deal of time with me explaining all the fancy features. Jack got all my needs met financially- which I thought was going to be impossible! They are truly fantastic and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Mazda. Loving my 2016 CX-5!!!!
