This was the first time we leased from Mazda and it will not be our last. When my lease is up. I am going to Mazda to visit Andrew. The process was so easy and not stressful at all. I wanted to purchase directly from a Mazda dealer nearby where I lived. I went to Smith Haven and Bright Bay Mazda - the experience was horrible. From salespersons (Joe Cuolo (sp?) not available for multiple set appointments to test drives where I was unable to test drive the car advertised. If it werent for the fact that I loved that car, I would have written off Mazda. Fortunately I found a low-mileage 2009 Mazda elsewhere...but now where to get it serviced? Driving considerably far from home, I made an appointment with Huntington Mazda. Nick Guarino's customer service that day was awesome - the store lost power due to an area outage - and he single handedly restored my faith in the brand! Now each time I have my car serviced, new members of the team reinforce that belief. They could teach the other sites a thing or two. More

Unlike many annoying and abrasive salespersons, she acts like a friend who sincerely wants you to be happy with the car you buy. Everyone else we dealt with at Huntington Mazda was also extremely pleasant and professional to work with. We would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone and would especially encourage them to deal with Brittany. It made what can be an excruciating experience actually something we didn't mind at all. Andrew Gavilanes was excellent, earnest, and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended. We were told by another car dealer for the price we wanted to pay for a lease per month that we couldn't afford even a Toyota Corolla. Not quite. We got a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with the Grand Touring Technology package... For that exact price. Boom. More
