NEVER GOING TO HUNTINGTON MAZDA AGAIN UPDATE: Huntington Mazda has screwed me over so badly. I was so pleased with my initial meeting at Huntington thinking that I finally found a dealersh UPDATE: Huntington Mazda has screwed me over so badly. I was so pleased with my initial meeting at Huntington thinking that I finally found a dealership that was honest and valued their customers....WRONG. I was contacted over THREE months AFTER I leased my vehicle that they were having trouble obtaining the title of my traded vehicle even though on my initial visit and during the closing I repeatedly informed them I did not happen. Obviously the price between the pay-off changed between that time period and now they are holding ME responsible for their horrible staff not doing their job in a timely fashion. I informed Dart whom was my salesman I didnt have it, I informed Jack DePalo I didnt have it, and I informed the finance gentleman I didn't have it and now they are coming after me for over $700 that I do NOT have because they messed up. I contacted Mazda HQ and had a representative working with me for months trying to get this closed and Huntington Mazda is refusing to concede. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE...they are just like every other dealership that is just looking to screw with you and take your money. They do not value their customers... I will NEVER deal with this dealership again. ORIGINAL REVIEW: As a woman I have always been weary of car dealerships and just being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge of cars and a bad experience from my first vehicle purchase. This is hands down one of the best dealerships I have ever encountered. We were greeted right away by a very nice salesman, Dart. He wasn't pushy just answered some questions we had and then asked if I would like to test the car. Not only did he let me test drive the vehicle but he took the time to explain all the features of the car I was looking at. Once we finished the test drive he even took us to another lot to see the car in different colors so I could really see the options I had if I chose to purchase/lease the vehicle. I honestly didn't walk into the dealership with the intention of finalizing my decision but due to the sincerity of Dart and his sales team they inspired me to want to give them my business. I picked up my brand new 2016 Mazda CX5 yesterday (4/20/2015) in black with the white parchment leather inside. I am in awe that this deal actually came together. I worked directly with Jack and Dart throughout the week to finalize a deal that worked with my budget and thank goodness they were able to work with the bank to get me the car I really wanted. Upon arrival yesterday the finance director Edward Pinero took the time to work thru the paperwork with me to make sure I understood the details of the lease. He made sure to calm my worries and made it an easy going process. He was professional and kind just like all members of Huntington Mazda team that I encountered. After receiving my car, even though it was after working hours Dart took the time to explain certain features inside my car which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who would ask. You will definitely not be disappointed with the cars or the dealership in general. More

No pressure We always owned a Honda. When it came to purchase a newer car, we wanted to see what else was out there. We first went to a dealership close to our ho We always owned a Honda. When it came to purchase a newer car, we wanted to see what else was out there. We first went to a dealership close to our home, they had a Mazda CX-9. We liked it, but the salesman was very aggressive. When we asked how much the truck was, he kept asking how much we wanted our monthly payment to be, what could he do to get us to buy the car. He showed me all the mirrors and how to work the radio. Told my husband about all the mechanical stuff. When I asked a question, he spoke to husband. We left, and as we left, he told us we would be back and gave us his card. The next day we took a ride to Huntington Mazda, which was about a 1/2 drive from our house. We saw the same truck, with more options than the previous one and about 3,000 less! We looked opened the door and looked in the truck. It was a few minutes, before a salesman approached us. He asked if he could help us with anything. We both asked questions and he answered them honestly and thoroughly. We talked a few more minutes, and he asked if we wanted to come inside and talk further. We kept waiting for the aggressive sales pitch. It never came. Instead we went in his office and purchased our truck. No haggling, no attitude. He worked very hard to get us a great deal. The finance department was just as easy. No hard sell for extras. We did purchase the extended warranty, but at our request. A few days after we had the truck, we had a minor issue with the truck. It was 4:20 on a Friday. We were leaving for a day trip the next day. We called and explained our predicament, and even though they were closing at 4:30, they told us to bring the car right down! They fixed the problem and we were in our way... We've NEVER had such a pleasant car purchasing experience. I would absolutely recommend anyone to come to this dealership. More
