Five months later, when I was ready I made sure to go back to Al. Although he already spent hours with me in August, with no sale, he was patient and kind to go over everything again with me and my husband. We decided on the Mazda CX5 and we love it. I highly recommend Al to anyone who wants to find out anything about all the options Mazda has to offer. More

Lied about financing and vehicle price Visited dealer coming in from OUT OF STATE- 3 hours away. Found them through BJ's warehouse car buying. Completed finance application and had me in there with my baby several hours with no decision. After I had enough and left, jack called me and said I had a finance rate approval of around 7 percent. He also agreed to lower price of vehicle by over $2k. So I travel back there in snowstorm on 11/26 and try to get hold of jack 4 times and he doesn't return my call. Someone I never met named Michael - finance director Michael said- said jack should have never negotiated such a price and my interest rate was somewhere around 9 percent. He also said" we hear you are shopping around at other dealers and we don't like that." Really?! That's my right in a capitalist society is to try to get the best deal. Besides there lies I also contacted Nissan and found out there was a 3- year old open recall on the call which Michael said "oh that happens all the time. You r making a big deal out of nothing." Really! What else has been overlooked on this car is my question. They also refused to let me have an outside mechanic up the street give me an objective inspection of the car which I was going top pay for. They present as honest and forthcoming when you do what they want. They yell at you when you try to take steps to make sure you are taking care of yourself by getting a good deal. More

I had not encountered a dealer or salesperson like Huntington Mazda and Mary before--she listened to all of our needs (safety, fuel economy, etc.), encouraged us to take time and choose what's best, and never pressured us into anything. This was huge for us, as we were all too familiar with the classic "this deal is nullified unless you buy it now" experience at car dealerships. We felt consistently that we were being guided in an honest way, rather then being pressured or tricked. The feeling that stand our for me is trust- we trusted Mary to guide us through the process of choosing and leasing the vehicle for our new family. We went with a new Mazda 3, and four months following our experience at Mazda, we love the car more every day. More

Friendly, Most Honest people to do business with. We dealt with John Chong and were interested in buying a CX-5. He was thorough and honest and found us the car we wanted. While in the dealer my daughter found a car also, a Mazda 6 and he was able to give us a great deal for both cars. We traded in our cars and were given fair value for them. The entire staff was wonderful. My daughter had to be somewhere and we were not finished with the paper work, so Jack DePalo let Andrew leave so he could take her home. Richard Chang was also very helpful and the team work well together to make us leave the dealership feeling confident with our purchases. John took the time and explained every detail inside of the car so that we knew what to use when we went out on our own. More
