I Loved working with John - when we entered the showroom, he greeted us with a smile and right off the bat we felt very comfortabl great experience. We told him we were interested in the CX9 and that we knew a little bit about the car, so John then educated us further about the vehicle and took us for a test drive. I really fell in love with the car after that. After sitting down to discuss price, we felt we really got a great deal and there was no need for us to try to find the car cheaper at another dealership...I wanted to give John this sale due to all the great service he offered us. I was adamant on getting a 2013 "White" CX9 Grand Touring with the Tech package, but unfortunately, there were none to be found on Long Island or in the Tri State area, so John & Staff looked high and low for this car for me...finally they found one, but it was over 400 miles away. As a result, they looked into ways of getting the car to Huntington without putting the miles on the car...after a few days they called with "the plan" and it ended up working out even better...the exact vehicle I wanted was on a Boat heading into NJ...fresh from the Manufacturer - Woo Hoo! I picked up the car two days later. The night of the pickup, John spent a lot of time with me explaining all the bells and whistles of the car, even helped me set up my Bluetooth, my Phonebook and some Radio Stations to get me started. He even led me through "3" trys of making a call through Voice Recognition...we were laughing - John is a very patient young man! After signing all the paperwork and John finishing up on explaining some features of the car, I was on my way home, in the middle of a torrential thunderstorm and felt completely safe and grateful to be the proud owner of this beautiful car. Brittany Grey was very informative and friendly from the start. She continually asked me if I had any questions or concerns, she was very accommodating when I changed the date that I wanted to purchase my start.
