Received a promotional service deal in the mail. Arrived at dealership and requested the promotional service which included oil change, key fob battery replacement, engine air filter replacement, tire rotat at dealership and requested the promotional service which included oil change, key fob battery replacement, engine air filter replacement, tire rotation, etc. At the end of the service, was never asked for key fob to replace battery. Also noticed the customer rep had not included the engine air filter replacement in work order. After bringing this to her attention she stated the filter had been replaced. Once home, I checked the filter and it had Not been replaced. Both the technician and the customer rep lied. Shady unacceptable service. More

It's hard enough putting you trust in car dealerships with the bad reputation they tend to have, Imy experience with the service center has left me to believe they are not trustworthy. After going for an oil change and transmission fluid for my 2014 Rogue, the service team came out with a laundry list of items that needed immediate repair. They told me my extended warranty did not cover the item even though I was positive they should. After calling the warranty place myself and giving the service center the info....never heard from them again. Three phone calls and a reply text later, no response. I made an appointment with another dealer and the repairs are being made under warranty. Some they had no idea what 22 Nissan was talking about. These people are either trying to run up your total at time of service or have poor customer service skills. Either way, No thank you. More
