I came in for the first maintenance after purchase. . They did the maintenance like professionals. They informed me that the tool for removing the self locking lug nuts was missing. They said that it was They did the maintenance like professionals. They informed me that the tool for removing the self locking lug nuts was missing. They said that it was sales responsibility. The Service Dept head said he would get in touch with Sales. When he got back to me, he said to drop by anytime and they would switch out the self locking lug nuts for regular ones should I need to change a flat. I have not had time to do so yet. I will be more than happy to change my review when the problem regarding the missing lug nut tool is addressed by someone at the dealership and I am provided with the missing tool. Apparently, someone dropped the ball somewhere between Service and Sales. Ultimately it is the Dealership's responsibility to make good on this glaring oversight. In the interim, I will be taking any future maintenance needs to my local mechanic. My experience supports the old adage generally about building contractors: Once they have your money, all promises are off! More

At drop-off, there was one (1) car ahead of me waiting for a service representative so I waited for a longer than anticipated time to get to see a service rep. This check-in process should be quicker and more efficient. I returned after 3:30 to pick-up the car and meet with the service rep to go over the service. That part went very well. The disappointment came when the service representative advised that there were a couple of recommended service items. I informed the service rep that as they have my contact information, I should have received a call or text informing of the items, with the option of having the same done while the car was there. I now need to schedule another appointment here or at another service facility. Finally, I presented the service coupon delivered in the mail when the car was brought in, however, in reviewing the bill, the credit, there was no express deduction reflecting the discount. The service rep advised that the discount was off the normal rates. If that was the case, it should be expressly stated on the invoice. More
