3 hour oil change ? A simple oil change took 3 hours, meanwhile the problem with my brakes wasn’t fixed. My brakes on a 2017 Sentra are squeaky like a NJ transit bus. Oil Change and Noise in My Car I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with my recent visit. I informed the service technician that I hear some strange noise when I drive my car abo I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with my recent visit. I informed the service technician that I hear some strange noise when I drive my car above 60mph. The technician told me that he can't hear any noise. I am very troubled that I can hear the noise and all my passengers can hear it but the mechanic did not hear any noise. Moreover, the technician told me there is nothing wrong with suspension. I know that the suspension is fine. The noise has nothing to do with suspension. I am leasing my car from you but I will not lease or buy from you anymore. My car is 9 month old and has 9000 mileage. Very upset and unhappy about your service. More
