I ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE DEALERSHIP THIS TIME IT WAS EVEN BETTER THEN BEFORE. Loved our salesperson! We loved our salesperson because if there was anything that we weren't happy with he went above and beyond to solve the problem. Our car didn't come w We loved our salesperson because if there was anything that we weren't happy with he went above and beyond to solve the problem. Our car didn't come with a spare, he acquired one for us. The car was detailed when we first purchased it but there was still a sticky substance on the side of the passengers seat and dirt still on the floor of the back seat. We didn't notice it until we got home. Omar was able to set us up with another detailing appointment with no fuss at all. When we got the car back the same issues were still there. I pointed it out to Omar and we went right back to get it cleaned again but the employee who he spoke to seemed annoyed and didn't thoroughly clean the passenger seat again. I just ended up having to let it go and scraped off the remaining bits myself. The cleaning wasn't very thorough and I shouldnt feel like I'm bothering someone to do their job. Omar has been great and responsive! No issues there. More
