Misinformation at a cost with a smile but no results, pretty much sums up the lengthy review below. The good: The people i have worked or interacted with in person (on the phone is a different story) pretty much sums up the lengthy review below. The good: The people i have worked or interacted with in person (on the phone is a different story) were friendly and very professional. However i did not come for friendship, i came for results. I thought taking my car to the dealership will guarantee results but i was hopelessly wrong. The BAD: I keep getting a lot of wrong information on the phone only to drive there and be told differently. For example, i needed to drop my car to be fixed and I knew it will rake multiple days. I called several times and asked if they give out cars to drive while a car is being fixed, i specifically clarified that i am not referring to a rental and was told yes they do. I came in and was told that i will have to rent a car. I was upset but finally agreed to rent a car. I specifically said i want it for 3 days and specified that i will pickup on Friday and drop off on Monday morning. After picking up the car, i received a call telling me that it will count as 4 days not three. I told them that should have been explained to me before I picked up the car. I ended up paying for 4 days. Their mechanics kept mis-diagnosing my car's problems and charging me for it. I took my car in 3 times within 2 months in 2020 to fix my AC and got told i had to replace a hose, and recharge it, did everything they said (cost almost $700) and it still would not work. Note that one of the times the "fixed my ac", i had to take the car back because the engine was revving on it's own, which was not happening prior to their fix. I took my car back a fourth time and was told i have to change the condenser for over $1200. At this point i got fed up and went to a local mechanic who told me my sensors were bad so the AC was not tripping on and I just needed to change the sensors for under $300. I did so and now my AC is working. If I had to stay here and write every bad experience I've had at this dealership i will end up writing a book. They are the reason i am swearing off Nissan vehicles for life. Why is there not a zero stars option?! More
I would’ve given 5 stars but I was there for over 2.5 hrs for a basic oil change. When given my paperwork it shows that I arrived on time for my 11am appointment and my car was completed by 11:45. However, I didn’t get my car back until about 2:45! When I asked about my car I was told to look at the screen for an update. The status of my car was left on “final inspection for over an hour.” The service was done well but I should’ve never been waiting that long!! More
