I appreciate her trying to rectify the situation and have changed my original rating to reflect her assistance about my reported concerns below. I was called to bring my car in for a recall. Based on the call I scheduled the appointment and arrived on Saturday at 9am as requested. Once in the service department I waited for the car to be serviced only to be told that my recall had been performed during my visit MONTHS prior. When I questioned why I was told to bring in the car for a service that was already performed I was met with an “I don’t know what to tell you” attitude. I think it’s completely unfair to be a representative who seems to lack care for the fact that I made an unnecessary trip to the dealership based on an error of an employee. This was truly a turn off and I will avoid coming back here at all costs. More

The problem I have is whoever serviced my car did not put any placement down on the driver side. My car interior is a light color, so when I got it back it was filthy. I have never been to a car dealership that does not place plastic covering over your seats, nor place the paper down over your floor mats. I keep my car cleaned inside and out, but that day look like someone decided to clean themselves off in my driver seat. My floor, seat and middle consul was stained with black dirty stains. Very disappointed and highly upset with this place of service!. More
