Above beyond, attentive, informative Patrick was my representative and he was extremely kind and informative. He made me feel at home from the moment I met him by simply pronouncing my na Patrick was my representative and he was extremely kind and informative. This led me to believe he was cultured and mostly likely, caring, about all of his customers. I was not mistaken. I simply went in for an oil change and to check my filters, he explained exactly what my car needed/ how often/ and why. I initially believed all representatives would try to sell me something I didn’t need, but with Patrick he did not do that and explained literally EVERYTHING I needed to know. On top of that, he was just extremely funny, which was nice after a long day at work. I didn’t feel stressed at during my service nor bored. More

A+ as always Dana was terrific and spent time with me to explain adjustments to my car. I was not in the best mood as I had just heard news that a very good frien Dana was terrific and spent time with me to explain adjustments to my car. I was not in the best mood as I had just heard news that a very good friend was admitted to hospice and that had greatly upset me. I need to apologize to Dana and the other service rep. Who I gave a bit of a hard time but Dana took the time to explain that the way my car had been warning to stop was in fact wrong and that’s why it had been replaced. Since that visit my car has signaled stop while I was on Rt 22. As traffic came to a quick stop...so it is working correctly and exactly how Dana said it would. Thanks so much! PS also solved the alarm going off! More
