Saturday experience was good, but any other time were HORRIB My experience with your employees are crazy. Because Dana S was the only customer services Representative that show some really good customer services My experience with your employees are crazy. Because Dana S was the only customer services Representative that show some really good customer services quality. She had me sign my papers. Like the other I never saw them until I started to complain about how long I been there. With Dana I were only there for about 20 to 30 mins. As the others customer services Representative, they had me in there for about 2 to 3 hours I never signed any papers and nor did they explain to me about my free oil change . Dana had to tell me that I had to get all my car maintenance done there in order for me to get my oil change for free. Not one of them told me that. All you have to do is check to see who they were in your system. More
