Standard start amazing ending I arrived on time for 5:40 appointment the check in takes a long time that could be improved. Most of the workers were friendly and kind enough. When I returned at 7pm to pick up my vehicle I was advised I would have to get my car wash another time when I returned for my oil change. Someone named Mike assisted by allowing me to wait in the show room while they completed the service. It was a small thing but I really appreciated his friendliness and willingness to accommodate me to ensure I received my full service. More

No Responses I did not hear from anyone for two days until we physically went there to get an answer. Also, not happy I have a 2017 car and have been there for three major issues already but whatever keeps happening gets fixed. Just always an inconvenience to go there and not be offered a loaner off the bat. More

I was provided with some suggestions by a service agent: Back tires /Brakes. The next day I was advised that I had no antifreeze in my car. This discovery was not outlined the day prior. I am not pleased with the oversight as it could have resulted in tremendous damage to my car. Despite the car being a 2017 I have only owned the car for 4mths. More

However, I went in for an oil change and needed 30000 mile service. I have dealt with the service manager Chris multiple times and he is very professional, efficient, and courteous to the customers time. However, oil changes are included with my lease agreement. So if I am due for 30000 mile service, which includes an oil change, shouldn't the cost of an oil change be deducted from the fee of that service? Secondly, I was not informed at the time of service that there would be a charge for using a credit card. I didn't know this until I paid, which is sneaky. This is something I do not appreciate in any way. More
