Excellent as always. I’ve owned my Nissan since October of 2018 and although I didn’t purchase it from Route 22 Nissan, they have created a costumer for life. I’m 47 years I’ve owned my Nissan since October of 2018 and although I didn’t purchase it from Route 22 Nissan, they have created a costumer for life. I’m 47 years old and the son of a retired mechanic who worked in local dealerships for years before opening his own shop. I know what good service looks like in this industry and Route 22 Nissan blows me away. Amazing job!!! More

Front wheel noise and shaking I came in to Nissan route 22 on April 20, 2019 for noise and shaking left front wheel i paid $127.00 to diagnose and was told need to replace both fro I came in to Nissan route 22 on April 20, 2019 for noise and shaking left front wheel i paid $127.00 to diagnose and was told need to replace both front axle assembly and both front seals to fix problem I asked to show me the problem a Mgr. with service rep. and the Mgr. pointed to the axel stating it was damaged and reason for noise an shaking...stating they can fix it for $1,154.00 today. ????? I quickly drove to Lynne Nissan Bloomfield Avenue newark NJ, and advised what Nissan on route 22 stated and their price to fix problem, tec at Lynne Nissan checked car said nothing wrong with axel or seals that the (lug nuts) on the tire were loose causing the noise and shaking, the tec. tighten the lug nuts and I drove home with no noise or shakingi and they did not charge me anything 2 days later i have no problem no noise or shaking i called Nissan route 22 and advised the service rep. and she gave me a manager who seemed to not want to hear my complaint at all stating they do no commit fraud, I got no where and I advised don't want my money back just needed to let him know so possibly another customer on there first visit won't feel like me ripped off and taken advantage of. Will not come back or recommend anyone I would rather warn anyone who ask about Nissan service to never go to Nissan at route 22, sorry a really bad experience. 2009 Nissan maxima. / Dawkins More

Incompetence Took my car to have my brakes changed in January. My car squeaked after they put in new brakes. When I brought my car to them they said they didn't Took my car to have my brakes changed in January. My car squeaked after they put in new brakes. When I brought my car to them they said they didn't hear it. Next time I took my car to them because the car was vibrating and squeaking, first they said I needed new tires. Funny thing is when they replaced my brakes I purchased four new tires from the dealership, upon hearing that they called me back a few hours later and said it was because my rims were bent. I had the rims fixed, it was still squeaking. Took my car to them for squeaking again this week when I picked up my car, they told me that they filed down the rotors. I drove two minutes down the street making a turn my wheel and car began to vibrate violently when I pressed the brakes. Took my car back around the corner to the dealership, and complained to Mike the manager. He said my car would be fixed. A few hours later I went to get my car again (I even asked if they test drove the car and they said yes). I went to get my car and test drove it in their lot. Again, still squeaking went back in and Nick the service manager came out at my request to listen to my car. Literally, he sat in my car I backed up less than two feet and he heard the loud squeaking while sitting in my car. He got out the car asked me to back up he listened and said it may be the pins. He goes "when can you bring it back?" I looked at him and said "I'm not even taking it you're dealership is the only one that works on my car, fix my car I'm leaving it!" Finally, I left my car overnight and when I picked up my car the next afternoon, my car finally seems like it's ok. They did not charge me for this visit, but I gave them a poor rating because the work that I initially paid for was not done well and I had to keep coming back. So while I have had good results with this dealership in the past I can't help but to give this visit and the visit and the work they did on my brakes a poor rating. However, I will give a shout out to Brianna who answers the phone with professionalism and seems like she is smiling when answering the phone. I have dealt with her several times and she is always friendly and helpful! Thanks Brianna More
