We were very happy with the way we were treated at Empire Subaru. I was extremely happy with all aspects of the sales process working with him. Everything went very smoothly from my initial meeting to the delivery of the new Legacy. He is highly recommended if you are looking for a new or used Subaru. The same is true overall regarding Empire Subaru. No high pressure tactics or ridiculous add-on dealer fees. Everything was very transparent and above board and this sets Empire apart from lesser dealerships. Rich Ciarletta and Mary Spira in service have always been extremely helpful when I serviced my previous Legacy. Overall I highly recommend Empire Subaru for all your Subaru sales & service needs. I had an issue with my Starlink where I received an e-mail from Subaru and found out that I wasn't registered with Starlink. Knowing that I renewed my subscription in December and was registered, I ca e-mail from Subaru and found out that I wasn't registered with Starlink. Knowing that I renewed my subscription in December and was registered, I called Starlink only to be told that I needed to go to the dealer and have them update the Starlink. I spoke to Mary Spira, of Service, and brought my car in the next day where they discovered it wasn't my Starlink that needed updating, but my battery. Mary told me it was very low and the Starlink was not able to get a signal to my car. There was no indication that I was having battery problems, as the light never went on nor was my car stalling or cutting out. I feel very fortunate that this happened when it did and am very grateful to have someone like Mary Spira in Service who knows her stuff and she is very generous and kind. She is an asset to Empire Subaru of Huntington. More
