I’ve bought my last two cars from them. Service dept always excellent. Went in the other day for an oil change, Rich came out and told me needed rear brakes (I had heard them on the way in). Its alway a pleasant experience have my car serviced at Empire. Mary the service manager is so up beat all the time not to mention Rich who has an outstanding personality. Dena and Will are also great people rather new to me but very pleasant and helpful. On wednesday I had my car worked on by technician Lauren who found that my rear hatch stays were defective and that was why it did not stay up longer than a couple of minutes. While she was checking that she noticed my tires were worn and need to be replaced and I was grateful for that cause I travel with my grandchildren weekly. This service department looks after the safety of its customers. Thank All for a pleasant service experience alway. More
🆘 They charge for warranty we Declined. Leigh Charity said "If you want the warranty it would be $314.11 monthly payment, but if you Decline it it would be $295.69. So we Declined.. the contract said $295.69 monthly payment. We couldn't take the car because it didn't have the inspection done and Leigh told my husband she can keep the paperwork until he picked up the car. The next day 1/18 my husband bring the car and paperwork. We realized that there is a charge for $3,251.00 that it was the warranty!! So she lied twice! About the monthly payment and the warranty. So they overcharged taxes by $280.40 because of that warranty. Deceiving Practices may be their bread and butter because Gary Farley/general manager didn't even want to deal with us, he then passed us to Karan Motwani /general sales manager, whom we have been dealing with! Upon meeting with him I realized, our REAL Monthly payment should have been $232.00, but because they created this mess, the $295.69 still stands Even if they give us the money back. They Lose commissions IF they do the right thing by Giving us directly our Refund for both the warranty and the Taxes Right Today!! But if they want to keep their BS 8 weeks they get their commissions! I made Karan Motwani give me a cancellation for the warranty in writing. I e-mailed it to the warranty yesterday 1/29/21, and they said there was Nothing for them to cancel because they don't have an active Contract. Too bad I can not post pictures here to show you. In the End the Dealer is giving me the run around! The issue is still UNRESOLVED!!! $3,531 total... We need to fight for our Money during this Difficult times! If you plan on going there, get Pre-Qualified for a Loan New or Used (they are different. Know your APR, and READ the contract Yourself... Don't allow anyone to point and "explain" the contract to you, take your time to add everything. We sadly were Trusting 🙁💔 More
Richard Ciarletta was very professional in handling my service visit. He listened to the issues that I was experiencing and told me they would be resolved. All of my issues and the scheduled maintenance were completed properly and my wait was less than I thought. More
Everyone at Empire Subaru has been so helpful and pleasant . Whether I’m there for scheduled maintenance or something unforeseen (like 2 flat tires in 1 week) I am always pleased with the service pro pleasant . He was not the stereotypical car dealer who will sell you everything including the kitchen sink! I did not feel any pressure at all from him--only support and patience, answering all the questions I had. He kept me updated through the process, was friendly and came through with everything he said he was going to do. All in all, the experience was like buying a car from a friend! More
