The car buying process was made very easy by Empire Subaru. The review and negotiation for the car was performed via email, which made the process easy. From when we arrived to test test drive to agree Subaru. The review and negotiation for the car was performed via email, which made the process easy. From when we arrived to test test drive to agreeing to purchase the car took about 15mins. The longest wait we had was the backoffice for finance, which did take 2 hours. Overall, I did find the dealership fees higher than average/normal, but it was our decision to proceed with the purchase. The dealership washed the car, but couldn't clean the interior. As for the car, it is in very good condition and is a CPO. No issues at all with the car. Our salesman, Chris was fantastic. He let us have our space when needed and didn't make us feel pressured.
