It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Vinny was our sales rep and guided us every step of the way. Taylor took us out to see the two models we were looking at. Snow was piled up and she was more then willing to pull them out. We chose the premium outback in white. Came back a few days later and car was ready. Taylor took us through the car and got us up and running. We then went in and did all the paper work with Joe. He was very professional and all paper was ready and explained throughly. I brought my 2020 Ascent in for the 12,000 mile check. As usual, everybody at Empire Suburu (formerly Metric) was fantastic.
