I brought my 2020 Ascent in for the 12,000 mile check. As usual, everybody at Empire Suburu (formerly Metric) was fantastic. The oil change took less than the hour service writer Dina said it would, which was great. However, hours later the passenger side rear tire had lost air and was missing its cap. I returned to Empire Ser Dina said it would, which was great. However, hours later the passenger side rear tire had lost air and was missing its cap. I returned to Empire Service, where technician Lauren found no nail or other reason for the loss of air in the tire. My Forester is all better now. More
