I am writing to attest that that was not the case with my recent visit to Huntington Subaru, Maybe it was partly because I knew what car I wanted and I knew they had it, but this was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Once the staff got over the shock that I was actually there to buy a particular car, the tension of hard selling wasn't necessary. Here's the car, I want it, let's talk. Not only efficient, but nice! Zero customer engagement My husband and I recently visited this dealership to discuss vehicle options available after expiration of our current Subaru lease. There were severa My husband and I recently visited this dealership to discuss vehicle options available after expiration of our current Subaru lease. There were several employees in the showroom but no one acknowledged us in any way for several minutes. We walked around looking at vehicles and still no one approached us or even said hello. Only after my husband started to joke loudly that we must be invisible did someone say they would be right with us. When someone eventually did ask what we were interested in and we responded we were interested in information about the new Outback he simply responded that it likely wouldn't be available before November. Since we were interested in a lease he stated no information was available and he did not seem the least bit interested in retaining our business or continuing the conversation. The complete lack of customer service orientation at this dealership is by far the worst we have experienced. More
