Respectful and considerate I brought my car in for a simple service. Or so I thought. A nail was found in one of my tires and I needed 4 new tires since the tread was worn. I was given a loaner car and told my car would be ready by the end of the day. Everything went as planned, except for the cost of 4 new tires during the holiday season. Very easy to deal with, and fast service. I must say, out of all my Toyota experiences, my last visit was by far the easiest I've had yet.
