Horrible bait and switch tactics DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!! We saw a RAV4 Limited online today for $18,900. It was labeled as a XLE FWD but the photos were of a Limited AWD. I called DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!! We saw a RAV4 Limited online today for $18,900. It was labeled as a XLE FWD but the photos were of a Limited AWD. I called to clarify the confusion before driving there (we live almost an hour away). I spoke to the salesperson, Tom. He confirmed the price of $18,900 and that it was indeed a Limited. He also said that there was a deposit on it from yesterday (Easter) but the buyers didn't have the financing, so it could be ours now. We confirmed the mileage and other details and drove in. When we got there, Tom immediately wanted to show us other RAV models but we said we were only interested in the one on their website and on cars.com that we spoke about. They had the car parked in a side lot behind a few other cars. It was raining out and he walked us up to the side driveway where the car was, through piles of wet leaves (feet soaking wet), and showed us the car. It was exactly what we wanted. All the doors were locked. He said he left the keys inside and left us in the rain to go get them. He came back keyless and said that he couldn't let us in because there is some problem with the title. This was all very confusing to us because we confirmed EVERYTHING before coming down and the car had a deposit on it yesterday. He kept going back to speak to someone "behind the desk" about the car. Basically what it came down to was a CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH! He said the car was mis labeled and he couldn't give it to us for that price. I asked to speak to his manager. Some other guy came out (forgot his name) - he gave us some long story on how the car was mislabeled, etc. I explained to the manager that we confirmed all of this and he said that Tom didn't know the price difference, blah blah blah. Okay - a mistake in advertising. I understand. We asked if we could have the true price because we were still interested in purchasing the car. The manager said it was going to take them another 24 hours to price out the car. I've never heard of such a thing! He said he would try to get us the price by the end of the day, that they would work with us and even deliver the car to our home (an hour away). We left angry and frustrated because of the whole bait and switch tactics they were trying on us. Again - if they had a deposit on it yesterday why do we need to wait 24 hours for a new price? We left, drove down the road for some lunch and started looking at other cars. And guess what??!!! They have the car listed for a different price by the time we made it 20 minutes away. $5000 more than what we discussed!! I called to inquire about this - Tom said he would get back to me and never did. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!! More

They told me they had some similar cars, one of which was supposedly sold. When I test drove the car, it was in desperate need of brakes and a paint job. They had 3 different price stickers on it ranging from 20k to 28k. I wouldn pay more than 17 for it and told them. They then tried to backtrack and tell me they had other cars in my price range, meanwhile this one was listed online for 16.9. What a joke. More

I never had to wait more than what I was told 1 hr to 1.5 hr, the service people were polite and the lounge was comfortable and cozy with coffee, cookies and baggles with cream cheese offered there. I am also very much satisfied with sales especially with the sales manager Mr. Charles Meuser who graciously agreed to give me a refund of what I thought was an initial overpayment although he could easily argued that it wasn't.
