Hernan was very knowledgeable and so hard-working he wouldn't quit until I had a car and was completely satisfied. He was an amazing sales agent and I am sending a family member to him next month for a new vehicle. He was so personable that it felt like I was shopping with a friend rather than speaking to a sales person. From my first phone call to Toyota of Huntington regarding an online special I had seen, Ali was knowledgeable & genuinely helpful and his diligent follow ups ultimately brought me in. After visiting a few dealerships that pulled the online bait & switch I was nervous walking in but Ali was so friendly and made everything so stress free.The cars I had seen online were not only there but he immediately showed them to me & allowed me to take my time & didn't try to steer me in any direction. I didn't feel pressured at all. I had an equally positive experience with the finance person, Michael, who made things so easy, he made me question every experience I had with dealer finance persons before him in this, my first experience financing a car. I would recommend Ali to any of my friends & family. I know I would be putting them in good hands. He has instilled in me a great loyalty to the Toyota brand because of his overall great energy & overall professionalism. More
Service of my Toyota Venza I've had 4 different Toyotas driven by various family members. The service is always excellent and I am quite pleased with the service. When there is a problem, it is usually addressed VERY quickly. I am fortunate to have this place close to home. Last service, I asked them to look at my remotes. Usually they would look at them and replace batteries in my previous cars. This time for my Venza, they charged my over $45 dollars. Now granted there was probably a courtesy before and I may be wrong but next time, I should definitely ask. Also this was the 1st time my car was ever serviced on a weekend with an advisor I never used before. Overall I find the service great. More
Wasted 5 hours on a deal they were never going to do! Hi, my name's William Krooss-Tadas....My friend was trying to lease a corolla @ huntington Toyota and I was advising him as best I could from the phon Hi, my name's William Krooss-Tadas....My friend was trying to lease a corolla @ huntington Toyota and I was advising him as best I could from the phone. He doesn't know anything about the car buying process so I wanted to help out. He saw Oscar last week. Oscar seemed very friendly, very helpful, and I was pleased with his efforts. I asked Oscar about the price that the lease was based off of, and the money factor, and the residual, and lease termination policies. He gave all the info, and I told my friend that it was ok to leave the deposit that Oscar was pressuring him to leave b/c I could go over the figures with him and we could compare to another dealer in the morning. I told my friend that either way, we should give Oscar the opportunity to match any offer b/c of how forthcoming and friendly he was. Oscar invited my friend to shop around, and after my suggestion, he did just that. He only went to one other dealership (Smithtown Toyota)...and compared the lease price. He asked them if they could do better and they came back saving him over $600. On a lease with a small profit margin , that's pretty significant. I told my friend that it was 100% fair to go back to Oscar and give him the chance to match it and not to sign anything with Smithtown Toyota until he's given him the chance. My friend contacted Oscar and he told him "it shouldn't be a problem" and set an appointment for him to come the following day @ 5:45 PM. My friend had already spent like 3 hours @ huntington toyota the prior meeting securing the facts and figures, so this was to be a very short meeting. Oscar made my friend wait 3 hours before he told him that they were not prepared to match the deal and refunded his deposit. I want to be clear that I'm pleased that Oscar didn't fight my friend on the returning of his deposit as per their agreement (if there's a better deal, then they'll refund). But between Oscar's high pressure tactics which are very typical and him making my friend wait hours for absolutely no reason, He and Huntington Toyota have to get a very poor review. They were friendly...at first They were MUCH higher then their competition They wasted a LOT of my friend's time for no reason (if you're not going to match the deal, don't make him wait hours for you when you made an appointment! Be a professional) I'm sorry I don't know Oscar's last name but it's clear he wasn't representing Huntington Toyota as well as he could have in this instance and I hope this review serves as a chance for him to shape up and treat every customer with the same respect, regardless of how much money he can make and whether or not they're going to buy there or elsewhere. More

Fantastic Customer Service! Enjoyable Buying Experience Needed to replace a 1988 Camry. Was not looking forward to dealing with a salesman and the finance staff. Well we certainly went to the right place - David Schweitzer was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous, knowledgable, and patient. Turns out we had nothing to be concerned about. I thought we'd be dealing with a sales person who would try to pressure us into making an immediate decision - but what we got was a salesperson who assisted us in making an informative decision and was extremely helpful. After making what we felt was a good deal, we were again pleasantly surprised that the finance person, Juan Santana, who was very helpful and got all the paperwork done in a timely and friendly manner. We highly recommend Huntington Toyota and David Schweitzer! Thank you for a pleasurable buying experience. More

Good service, but not worth the extra cost When my wife was quoted the price for the front and rear brakes I called Midas as well as a local mechanic I have known for years. Midas was MUCH cheaper, but he did not use Toyota parts and I have know way of knowing the quality. The local mechanic said if requested he orders Toyota parts. He did, and total cost with installation was HUNDREDS cheaper than Toyota. I didn't get free bagels or a massage, but for what I saved, being allowed to watch what the repair tech was doing to ensure it was done right, and creating a personal relationship with the repair tech, I am more than happy buying THEM bagels! More
