Purached use Toyota Prius in 2010 along with 100k service contract reimbursement guarantee from business manager Mike Baptise for $2500. Was told by him that at 100k call him and I will be given back the $25 contract reimbursement guarantee from business manager Mike Baptise for $2500. Was told by him that at 100k call him and I will be given back the $2500 if no claims were ever entered. Called 10/18/13 to inform him that I have reached the 100k. I was told to get a certifacation from Toyota faxed to him and it would be processed. I did call Toyota and it was sent the same day. Beeen trying to call back to speak to him but will not return call. Was passed off to Jean Abreu and she ask for information and all was sent to her and be expecting a call never called me back. I called Toyota corporate and sumitted a case and was told I would be getting a call back in 3 days with an answer. 1 weeks later never received a call and I called back corporate and they transfered me to her and was told that Mike Bapiste was submitting the paperwork and she would call me back before she left. 3 days later n o call I called corporate and corporate was going to transfer me in. After a 20 min. hold Corporate came on and was told from their sales manager Tony that I didn't purchase from them I purchased from the previous owner of the dealership. I called back Huntington and spoke with Tony and he said he can't do anything because I purchased it from prior owenship 5 years ago. I told him I purchased it in 2010. Oh thats different it was a 4 year and had to wait till then. I explained that I have it written from Mike Baptiste that I should call him at 100k. He denied it. Our conversation got very heated and he thinks he's a tough guy told me various time to shut up and listen to him. My explaination of the situtation ment nothing to hiim.I have never in my life experianced anything like this. The dealer ship did nothing for almost 2 months to avoid me and never return calls. I guess all they care about is the sale and nothing more. So if you want to buy a new or used Toyota and want to be LIED to please go to Huntington Toyota and buyer beware. More

Phil approached my son and I when we walked into the showroom this past Saturday, (my son was helping me shop for a car) he asked if we would like some help. He was pleasant, courteous, and honest, never applying any pressure, working with us at all times. The transition was very smooth, after in depth lessons on all the features, I drove away in my new car two hours later. He made my experience a great one and I commend him for that.
