I was extremely happy with the entire experience, from the initial call, to the email confirmation, to being greeted promptly and courteously upon arrival. I waited the exact time I was told, one and a half hour, for an oil change and tire rotation, etc., which went by fast, watching my favorite News 12 in the morning, and having a delicious bagel with coffee. Then, to my total surprise, I see a lady getting a manicure! For free! Really, I ask you, what more could you ask for? All this compliments of Toyota Care! I had a terrific experience dealing with the Toyota Huntington Dealership. I had spoken to Charlie M back in January but was not ready to buy. He followed up with me and when I was ready this summer I went right back to him. Charlie's knowledge and honesty regarding the Toyota vehicles was tops. I decided on the Prius and he was right, he stated I was not going to like this car but LOVE it. I am hoping the dealerships service department is as good as its sales, we will see in the future. I would highly recommend a visit to Charlie if you are ready to be educated on the details of Toyota's and purchase the car that fits your needs. It must be noted that I was at the dealership at a very busy time and the TEAM atmosphere was amazing, I have not seen that at any other dealership. Thanks for everything Charlie, I love my PRIUS!! My wife and I leased a 2011 Toyota Rav 4 from Huntington Toyota, the lease was good until December of 2013, so we were in no rush to start looking for a replacement car. Then Huntington Toyota sent us a fly Toyota, the lease was good until December of 2013, so we were in no rush to start looking for a replacement car. Then Huntington Toyota sent us a flyer stating that we could trade in the 2011 Rav 4 for a 2013 Rav 4 for the same monthly fee. Of course we did not believe this could be true, so we stopped by Huntington Toyota to see. As soon as we entered the dealership show room we were greeted by David Schweitzer, he was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the lease program and the vehicle. David was excellent and was completely honest with us on all aspects, he kept going back to his manager to work on getting us the best possible deal. He was able to get us into this 2013 Rav 4, which by the way is very luxurious, with the least amount of money down, and monthly payments that were within our range. Without him this deal might not have happened in our favor like it did. I cannot say enough good things about this salesman, and all the hard working honest people that work for Huntington Toyota, they treated us like we were family and not just another customer.
