Victor was willing to do whatever he could to make the sale; running numbers with his boss numerous times to accommodate our budget, offering added service incentives, and arranging for a second test drive unaccompanied. We did not feel as though they were taking advantage of two women, but rather respecting us and working with us to get to the right price. Great experience, and will likely become repeat shoppers at the dealership. More

I had been to Huntington toyota for my 10k mile maintenance. I worked with stephen and it was a pleasure working with the service center. I just got a new 2013 Camry hybrid from Huntington Toyota, helped by Vijay Ochani. The overall experiences is good, their guys are very friendly and helpful each time I went there. I was treated well and feel pretty comfortable while I was in the store. Vijay is a nice gentleman and did a lot helping me during the whole process of purchasing. The price is good, better than another Toyota dealer I went before. And the service is outstanding, making people feel at home. There is still something I need to point out and that is also the reason I didn't give a 5 for the overall experience. I was told that I could get the car no later than the end of Feb.(I made the order and leave a deposit on Feb.18) but at last I got it yesterday which was March 26th, due to the color I choose which was not available in any Toyota storage and they have to put a factory order. It was annoying for the delay and I have to change my schedule. However, guys there apologized politely and tried their best to get the car as quick as they can. It should have been better if somebody could check the list before promising. But at last I feel satisfied since I can see that they put the customers feeling as their most concerned. I'll recommend this dealer and Vijay. More
