Actually I was shocked to find a dealership that actually puts their customers first. I made an appointment with Steve Garguilo to have my rear brakes done on my 2010 Camry. When I arrived for the 7:30 AM appointment I was really pleased to see the coffee and bagels and appearance of the waiting area.They got me in right on time. Steve came to speak with me about 15 minutes later and said the service technician had inspected both the rear and front brakes and said I had 5 mm of wear left which would get me at least another 5,000 miles. It was my choice to wait or do it later. I chose to do it later and will keep a close eye on the mileage. I have told a dozen friends and relatives about finding an honest dealership and I know they will tell others. This was my first visit to Huntington Toyota. We got such a great deal on a brand new 2013 Camry SE that we had to buy it! The process of buying a new car can be stressful, However, we found it to go very smooth dealing with David. David brought us coffee and cookies to snack on while we waited and a couple of employees had come over and introduced themselves. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. There were a few bumps in the road during the process (no pun intended) but overall they were rectified and David went above and beyond for us. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Huntington Toyota and David Schweizer to anyone who is looking for a new car. More

I purchased a CERTIFIED Pre-owned 2010 Toyota Highlander Limited from Toyota of Huntington in September of 2012. At the time the car had just under 28,000 miles. Certified Pre-Owned is supposed to entail a thorough check of the vehicle before "certifying" it. After a visual inspection I drove off the lot very excited in my new car. There were a few basic problems with the car that were missed by the technician performing the CPO inspection. When I had expressed my disappointment Toyota of Huntington took ownership and resolved all of the issues. I was most impressed by Rose Fernandez who took a personal interest in making sure the customer was satisfied. I felt I had a customer advocate at the service department. My username is Was-a-fan. And now I'm a fan once again. Great customer service and ownership of the problem is the most important thing for me in doing business with a car dealer. More
