An update to my review from earlier today- I spoke with Megan twice since and she apologized for the experience we had last night. Megan will call us if that, or a similar vehicle, is located. Also, I received an email from Rose, the Customer Care Manager. She also apologized for what happened last night and made clear that the dealership and David have excellent ratings and that this was a miscommunication. As I wrote previously- I have no doubt that his words came out the wrong way but his intentions were good. To be hit with all of that in one single visit was a bit much. The question as to why the web site said there was a warranty for this certified car when it was not certified and there was no warranty has not yet been answered to my satisfaction but that may come in the future. I do commend Megan and Rose for their efforts today and the excellent service. I am singling out Megan for service above and beyond- for superior service. We'll see where this goes but let me say that some of the bitter taste from last night has been removed. More
