Corey was fantastic from the moment we walked in the door. I had every intention of buying a Honda Insight. As a result of Corey (his knowledge and the test drive), I will be purchasing a Prius. My family and I had the distinct pleasure of being greeted by Todd Coopersmith when I walked into the Huntington, NY Toyota dealership for the first time. Todd was very professional and did not try to pressure us into anything. He was very informative about the SUV’s we were interested in. Todd outlined the benefits of each one and why or why not each one would be a good fit and why it might not. Todd then introduced me to his Manager Rosa to help get me the best price possible based off of the budget we had to work with. Rosa was like a breath of fresh air when it came to talking price. Right from the start we felt like we were dealing with a friend or family member. Rosa has a great sense of humor which made looking for a family vehicle a walk in the park. This was by far the best car buying experience my family and I have ever had. We ended up buying a 2012 Toyota Highlander from Todd and Rosa and my family and I feel like we got a great deal on exactly what we were looking for, as well as making two new friends. My husband and I wanted to look at the Toyota Rav 4. I had a 2009 Rav 4 Sport, and wanted to upgrade. I really liked the Rav 4 I but wanted a little more since I drive to Westchester to work every day. We got a good vibe from the moment we walked in the door. Nobody hounded us. Instead, we were given the space to look around. Peter was there to answer questions. He listened to what my needs were and did not try to push anything on us or sell us what we didn't need. This was particularly impressive as it was the second to last day of the month. When we came to pick up the car the next day, Peter thoroughly reviewed the car with me and Rosa of the Finance Department was very friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely recommend the dealership to our family and friends. More
