Usually happy, not so much this time. I had a 10,0000 mile service since I've always been impressed with your service. The service rep pointed out my brakes needed service. I was planning on getting it done soon and had negotiated a fair price last time I was in. He proceeded to scold me and said he could not honor that price. I told him I needed to check out other alternatives, he then belittled me for not having it done yet. More
