basic oil change I went to had my first 5K oil change and 2 weeks later the service light came on. It turns out they forgot to reset the service light. Excellent Service This was my first Toyota care service visit. I have to say that the person I dealt with there, William Bonilla, was great! He told me what they were g This was my first Toyota care service visit. I have to say that the person I dealt with there, William Bonilla, was great! He told me what they were going to do and that it would take about an hour. We wanted to do a little shopping while the car was being serviced and so Mr. Bonilla said he would call me when the car was ready. He called me in less than an hour and said to take our time coming back. When we returned Mr. Bonilla again explained what they did. In addition, he actually took the time to show me important features of the car and set up the bluetooth because the sales team did not bother. I have to say the service from this visit blew away the service I received when I leased the car. Although I live in Queens, I will be happy to drive out to get my car serviced going forward by Mr. Bonilla and his team. Thank you! More
